We use the world-leading cloud solutions of Amazon Web Service.

Our service commitment is we will use commercially reasonable efforts to make your pet's public profile available with a Monthly Uptime Percentage of at least 99%, in each case during any calendar month (the “Service Commitment”).

Glossary of Terms and Definitions

Monthly Uptime Percentage - calculated by subtracting from 100% the percentage of minutes during the month in which your pet's public profile, as applicable, was in the state of error, e.g. "500 Server Error"

Pet's Public Profile - the profile of your pet, regardless if it's a missing or recreational profile, that is displayed upon scanning an asset.
