Why can't I purchase an accessory directly on Pawnec's website?

You can't purchase the accessory directly from our website because we're only a SaaS (Software as a Service) website.

The accessories (hardware) in which Pawnec is hosted (software) are produced by other pet accessory brands like Pawdel.

You can still create an account on Pawnec without purchasing a Pawnec-powered accessory yet and leave blank the text fields under Serial Key and PIN.

Upon successful account registration and adding a pet, your newly added pet will instantly have a digital ID asset.

How do I use Pawnec for my pet's collar or name tag?

There are two ways to start using Pawnec in your pet's accessory.

1. Pawdel asset - a ready-to-wear asset that can be purchased from any of Pawdel's retail stores.
2. Digital ID asset - a digital asset that can download your pet's unique QR code so you can customize it in more design options with our partner merchants.
